La primera realització d’aquest web fou possible gràcies a una llicència d’estudis B3 concedida per la Direcció General d’Ordenació i Innovació Educativa del Departament d’Educació (DOGC núm. 3689, de 31/7/2002). Les finalitats de tot el que s’hi aplega són, per tant, de caràcter pedagògic i cultural.
